As Practice Head of AEM, you will help to realize high-end technology solutions for our clients. You will design, develop and roll-out the solutions using modern technologies and ways of working along with your team. Moreover, in this hands-on Dev + Consultant role you will help in business development, as well as in building and maintaining client relationships.
Comprehensive technical leadership to CMS migrations and new implementations for new and existing customers, and lead a team of AEM Developers and Authors. This is a senior, people manager role, and external customer facing – expected to partner and collaborate closely with CIO’s, CDO’s and CMO’s of top enterprise customers. - Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)

- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
