    Vikas is Founder, Indigo Consulting, prior to which he had set-up and led the interactive and new media division at another award-winning agency.

    An early mover in the Digital Marketing industry, Vikas has over 25 years’ experience in sales, marketing and interactive media. He was awarded Digital Media Entrepreneur of the Year and nominated for contributing to the growth of the digital industry on various platforms. He has also served as a jury member for some of India’s biggest, most prestigious advertising and marketing awards. Vikas is also often invited to speak at various digital marketing summits and forums.

    A first generation entrepreneur, Vikas is an IIM-Ahmedabad alumnus.

    Apart from playing a critical role in shaping the future of the digital landscape, Vikas is an accomplished guitarist and singer. The first thing that greets your eye as you walk into his cabin is a giant Dark Side of the Moon poster.     Rajesh began his career in marketing and sales in the FMCG and Pharma sectors. Under his leadership, his previous place of work leveraged technology and the digital medium for activation marketing and demand generation. In fact, the company grew to become a top-ranked agency in India and Singapore. They also won prestigious laurels such as best brand promotion agency and marketing awards from globally recognized platforms.

    Before joining Indigo Consulting Rajesh lead a start-up and social enterprise. The company created a technology platform to skill, certify and find employment for school dropouts and contract workers and transform them into professional caregivers.

    Outside of his work, he is deeply involved with leveraging technology for social impact. He loves yoga and volunteering in his spare time.     Jose leads the Build function at Indigo Consulting. He is a powerhouse of build and technology with 20 years of experience spent at the helm of Fortune 500 companies. He gets his kicks from complete digital transformations for businesses, by shepherding them through strategy, technology, project management, delivery and operations. From design thinking, augmented reality, machine learning, real-time analytics to block chain, Jose’s work has been integral to truly digitising the who’s who in the private, public and government sectors.

    In his downtime, Jose works closely with local government authorities to leverage technology for solving social problems. He also always makes time for endurance sports and golf.     Head, Creative.

    Prasanna leads a multidisciplinary team at Indigo with the endeavour to enhance his expertise and capabilities by creating innovative content and integrated campaigns. He is driven by the challenges ever-evolving technology presents; it inspires him to quench his curiosity to create better impact. He is also an instrumental key stakeholder in the running of the Indigo Innovation Lab project.

    Prasanna has lent his expertise to some of India’s largest main-line and digital agencies in the 19 years he’s spent in advertising and brand strategy. His work for international conglomerates across telecomm, automobile, FMCG and banking has won awards and accolades at major industry events.

    He is an Indian Institute of Technologies (IIT) Mumbai alumnus with a major in Industrial Design. He also holds a Master’s degree in Communication Design.

    Prasanna is constantly working towards identifying and creating opportunities to work across focus groups and integrated communication solutions.

    Krishna will spearheads Customer Success, Project Delivery, Business Analysis and Operations. He leads the strategic alliances with technology companies to set-up a Centre of Excellence, develop new intellectual properties (IPs) and scale up the content division. Krishna is also instrumental in the running of Indigo Innovation Lab project.

    He has spent the last 20 years working with web and mobile technologies. Krishna has founded a web development company based out of The USA as well as an India-based Digital Agency and Marketing Network that includes SaaS- and PaaS-based products.

    Krishna has worked closely with marketing and technology teams to create, execute and sustain digital initiatives for large enterprise brands across India, MEA and The USA. His passion for technology takes him to new and unchartered nuances of the field, especially if driving digital disruption is involved.

    Krishna holds a process and innovation outlook, when it comes to solving problems through technology.

    Nishith leads the digital transformation consulting, strategy and analytics team at Indigo. He has over 18 years of experience as a digital strategy professional in senior consulting, strategy and business management roles with globally renowned advertising agencies. He has been a brand custodian for some of the world’s most iconic B2B and B2C brands in the CPG, BFSI, tech, health and wellness, consumer durables, telcos, fashion, tobacco and eCommerce sectors in India and SEA countries.

    Nishith loves solving business problems for brands and their consumers with insightful data, technology, and creative solutions. He specialises in helping brands craft strategic ROI-driven integrated content marketing campaigns, creating strategic brand positioning, innovative consumer experiences and journeys and lifecycle management roadmaps. He has helped his clients to leverage digital, social and technology marketing solutions locally and internationally.

    He was recognised as a Top Digital Planner by Business World and Digital Market Asia for 2015. He believes, “Solutions for most intricate business problems for brands in this connected world lie in the use of DATA as the lens to derive insights. It helps to discover out-of-the-box marketing decisions by looking inside-the-box.”

    At Indigo Consulting, Saurabh leads some key accounts such as JIO, Tata Capital, CitiBank and General Mills. He is a 360-degree marketer, with over 17 years of experience. He is skilled in creating ROI-driven integrated marketing solutions and has lead accounts from the telecom, banking and FMCG sectors at his previous workplace.

    A former national-level Badminton player, Saurabh is an avid sportsman and is usually found playing a game on a holiday.

    Prashant has 10 years of experience that encompasses advertising and has seen him fulfill entrepreneurship and marketing roles. He has headed some of India’s biggest digital businesses at the previous agency he worked at. His stints with entrepreneurship came in the form of startups, which he helped found. He has worked with some of the biggest retail, digital and entertainment brands in India.

She has also worked at some India’s largest digital and main-line agencies in India.

    Saumya leads the human resources function at Indigo Consulting, along with two other agencies, under Publicis Communications. Her key responsibility areas are HR operations, talent management and talent acquisition.

    Saumya brings 16 years of experience across the IT, BPS and Analytics sectors and has proven her capability in smoothly running entire HR designs that she’s built from scratch. Her expertise lies in formulating business partnerships along with stakeholder management, organisation design, and building culture.

    She believes that thriving in chaos is easier said than done, but it’s true. A quote that she lives by is by Mario Andretti, “If everything seems under control, you’re just not going fast enough”.

    Saumya reads and networks to understand ground realities of organisations to ensure that her skills stay relevant.
