HUL's Bru is synonymous with coffee all over the country, not just limited to South India. However, they lacked an online presence. Here's where we decided to bridge the gap between the brand and its patrons.
The brief given to Indigo Consulting was very straight-forward. The website had to be product driven, easily navigable and its content simple to understand. Also, Bru's main 3 verticals: Green Label, Instant and Cappuccino had to be given sufficient pride-of-place on the homepage.
Here's where the Indigo Consulting expertise came in. We gave the Bru website a refreshing look with a clean interface and product-specific content. While the website was designed to appeal to the youth category, we made sure that Bru's target audience (who find pride of place in their TVCs) would not feel out of place. We included some fun recipes - which can be made by everyone - in the Cappuccino section of the website. Also, the media gallery section documents Bru's TV commercials through the years.
