Indigo Consulting revels in success and recognition yet again as we picked up four awards at the recently concluded WebAwards 2010.

Indigo Consulting has won four Standard of Excellence Awards for our work in four different fields. We secured the Sports Standard of Excellence Award for the Kolkata Knight Riders III website, the Mobile Standard of Excellence Award for the KKR iPhone Application, the Social Network Standard of Excellence Award for the Asian Paints Tag-a-Friend-Holi Application (on Facebook) and the Fashion/Beauty Standard of Excellence Award for the Ponds brand website.

What is remarkable is the fact that Indigo Consulting won an award for every entry that was submitted. The Standard of Excellence Award is presented to an agency if the nominated site/campaign score is equal to or higher than the average score for the industry.

Each entry was judged by three or more experts who comprised of members from the media, advertising executives, top web site designers, content providers, and webmasters. Evaluation was made on the basis of specific criteria including design, innovation, interactivity, technology, content and ease of use.

In its 14th year, the WebAwards is a premier annual website award competition that acknowledges the best in various industries while setting the standard of excellence for all website development. More than 2,000 sites from 45 countries were adjudicated in 96 industry categories during this year's competition.
