HDFC Bank, India's leading private bank, threw us a challenge that many among the cognoscenti (and that includes us) would have laughed at. We too had our doubts at first, at the feasibility of this target. However, armed with our experience and our confidence, and the faith of the client, we embarked on mission impossible!
