 BPL Mobile launched its new and improved website at www.bplmobile.com. Featuring a brand new information architecture and user interface, the site targets both, new users as well as existing customers. For new users, the site attempts to convert browsers into customers, while for existing users the site aims to service their needs, as well as up-sell value added services.
With different services and tariff structures for different circles, the biggest challenge was ensuring seamless navigation that exposes the width of services across circles, and yet provides information relevant to the browser's circle. Using detailed wireframes and screen designs, Indigo Consulting planned the user experience before creating look-and-feel prototypes.
The site provides comprehensive information about products and services and serves as sales support and marketing channel for BPL Mobile.
Indigo Consulting continues to maintain and update the website via a Maintenance Contract.
