The Click Asia Summit was held from January 15th- January 17th at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. The three day summit included a host of seminars and workshops that focused on delivering insights, ideas and practical solutions on key marketing issues within the digital space. Indigo Consulting was one of the key sponsors of the event.
The summit saw eminent personalities as speakers including Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Lucy McCabe, Cyriel Kortleven and many more along with a multitude of thought provoking panel discussions on digital advertising and marketing. These were spread across three tracks: Technology/Mobility, Social Media and Search & Social.
Vikas Tandon, MD, Indigo Consulting, moderated the panel discussion on ‘Social CRM -Landscape and Opportunities.’ The discussion brought to light interesting insights from the panelists. The focus of discussion rallied across the future of CRM in the digital social landscape while also tackling the challenges and opportunities for brands to deepen their relationship with their customers.
Benjamin Gonsalves, Group Head - Search Marketing, Indigo Consulting, was part of the search & social panel. The topic revolved around cross leveraging SEO and SEM activities. This involved discussions on budget movement based on the performance of SEO and SEM activities, campaign optimization tools and more.
After an evening of networking and entertainment followed by a day of seminars covering panel discussions and key note sessions on a host of digital marketing topics, Click Asia Summit 2012 concluded on the third day with ‘MasterClasses’ – the workshop sessions.
