Wockhardt Hospitals is part of the Wockhardt group with a chain of super-speciality hospitals across India. The Mumbai hospital is South Asia's first to achieve accreditation from Joint Commission International, USA.
The Challenge

For Wockhardt hospitals, medical tourism is key source of revenue and the internet presents an extremely attractive medium to attract this segment of high-value customers. Having set-up its website, the company was faced with the challenge of suitably marketing itself on the web at budgets that would only grow with results.
The Solution:

Indigo Consulting was appointed the Internet Marketing agency in July 06, and started with identifying Search Engines as the key channel for online marketing for Wockhardt Hospitals. We started by optimizing the site for Search Engines and already the site has seen the number of visits and pageviews go up by around 70%. More importantly the patient queries (leads) from the website have increased a phenomenal 600%.
A Google Adwords campaign was commenced in August. In two months, the conversion rate from Google adwords went up by 90% and the cost per lead has been dropping sharply.
