Job Profile/Description:

As the Producer of cutting edge web projects and digital marketing programs, you will be responsible for planning and managing interactive initiatives for some of India's leading brands like HSBC, Asian Paints, HDFC Bank, Amazing Thailand and Thomas Cook.

Your Responsibilities will include:
You will be responsible for creative work across a group of clients. Key responsibilities

• Project Management & Leadership: Lead and manage, with a group of Program Managers, large and small web and mobile development projects through the life-cycle – from Requirements Analysis, Strategy, Scoping and Estimation, to Execution, Delivery and QA.
• Account & Relationship Management: Oversee and assist Program Managers in ongoing Client Servicing needs. Address new requirements from existing relationships.
• Team management – effectively lead and manage team of Project/Program Managers.

Qualifications

Engineer-MBAs (Preferred)

Experience:

7-8 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Web Development, or Business Consulting preferred.

Other/Special Requirements:

Excellent understanding of web development and digital media. Experience in managing other Advertising or One-To-One marketing campaigns would be an advantage.

Working knowledge of web technologies, content management systems and User Experience design is essential, though programming skills not required.

Top-notch Project Management skills with a track record of managing large, customer-facing web projects.

Client and Account Management skills.

Solid understanding of business and marketing in general. Specific domain knowledge in Banking & Financial Services Marketing is an advantage.

Leadership and Team Management skills - guiding and motivating teams, appraisals and reviews etc.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
