We wanted to have a quiet Diwali at Indigo this year. So we ended up tying Devang to a tree a la Cacophonix.

What we did to Devang

No, we didn’t do that, tempting though it was (we didn’t find a tree close by). What we did do was make sure everyone had a great Diwali at work, complete with rangolis, festive decorations, a Lakshmi Pooja and some great food. We always have great food.

Pragati showed up with her kid and husband in the evening and it always seems to be an occasion when Pragati gets Dave, her son, to work. Everyone has a good time showing him around the office and there are usually minor fights about whose turn it is next.

Diwali seems to get more fun at Indigo Consulting each year. Just can’t wait for the next one – if only because we get to stop work at 4 on that day .
