Enthusiasm is contagious. The enthusiasm in the Indigo culture has resulted in such a pace of growth that one fine day we realised our old shoes don’t fit us any longer. We had outgrown them. And contrary to how the overall market scene was, the number of business inquiries also had more than doubled. It was like all the business that the market was losing was flowing towards Indigo Consulting. We were in the rare sitution of having to decline work from some top corporates who were keen to work with us. We believe it was better to decline than bite off something that we would not be able to chew.
We suddenly needed many more people to keep it going. This was just the tip of the iceberg. Our HR department has been working overtime to keep pace with the Indigo growth story. On an average we have around 2-3 new members being drafted into “Team Indigo” every week. And to keep p(l)ace with them we have now added a new office premises which is much bigger than the current premises. We are now ready to face the situation. Ready to face the flood that could evolve from the flow. Ready to face the flood that could develop due to the melting of the ice berg. Ready to swim in the waters of the global meltdown!!
