Well yesterday, Team Indigo was out for another outdoor team building session, (and I am sure you are thinking of another boring team building activity, aren’t you ?) Well you are wrong, coz this time the TEAM went out to watch the latest movie CHAKDE INDIA, and that’s just another team building knowledge session the Indigo way…..

Well the movie is just too good with a perfect blend of fun, sports, patriotism and most importantly teamwork (thats what we went there for, isnt it?). The movie is all about Kabir Khan (SRK), once the captain of Indian Hockey team accused of match-fixing with Pakistani players. And the all favourite blue-eyed boy had suddenly become an eye-sore.

He returned after seven years to take another chance from life and to coach the Indian Woman’s hockey team that was lost in oblivion with a belief of no turnaround from that point.

The so-called team was hardly a team, and the girls were not playing against the world, but were playing out to outshine each other. The way SRK brings up the team together is worth a watch, especially for all the leaders out there.

Well the girls are the face of the entire film and even the word ‘brilliant’ would be an understatement. Each one of them has delivered their unique performance in style. All of these girls have a special place but it was Komal, Bindia, Balbir Kaur, and Preeti Sabarwal, who were the lifeline of the film.

Well what follows is another story and better if watched.

I personally think that everyone, from any industry, be it software, BPO, construction, sports, everything that needs success needs to watch this movie to know what Team work can do to them and our Country.
